Mesa County, Southern Colorado April - 2026 A.D. World War Three caused a rapid decline and spiral of death, betrayal, and weakness. Those Tribes large enough in number to sustain cling to the edges of the Litany. Those others that were not fortunate enough to have large and healthy numbers dangle on the string of extinction. The Last Caern sits in what used to be San Quintin, Mexico, struggling to control their lands and bridge outward. With San Diego and Phoenix both decimated shells of their former glory, the stretch of the southern Colorado River is the easiest path into the last remaining bastion of Garou civilization. Martial law and ingrained survival are constantly pitted against the old traditions of the Garou and the strides to ensure the future of all.
